A tribute to the region

Nestled in the heart of Muda, Carvalhal, and Melides, on a 13-hectare pine forest plot near the farming village of Bicas, our first project came to life.

Our Bicas project features thirty-four villas and a forty-room room hotel, in partnership with Independente Hotel Group.

Our goal with this development is to honor the region, ensuring that the concept and architecture remain true to the area's essence.

For this project, we brought together a talented team of specialists, with something imaginary leading the architectural design while RICE handled the interior design.

The outdoor spaces were crafted by landscape experts from the garden keeper and Terra Lógica.

‍

Construction was executed by FCC Construcción, ensuring a seamless and high-quality build.

We proudly established the Hotel within Authentic Bicas in collaboration with Independente, a renowned Portuguese hotel group.

This partnership reflects our shared values of inclusivity, welcoming both travelers and locals alike. By opening our doors to the local community as well as visitors, we foster a genuine sense of belonging and connection.
